Cherry

Data Policy

This policy explains, in practical terms, what data Cherry keeps, where it is kept, how long we keep it, how we protect it and how you can have it deleted. It adds detail to our Privacy Policy, which explains why we use your information and your rights. The operator of Cherry (cherryshows.com) is responsible for this data.

2. What we never collect

3. Deleting your data

To have your data deleted, email support@cherryshows.com from the email address on your account, or tell us your Telegram username or the phone number you message us from. For a browser conversation without an account, we may ask you to make the request from the same browser so we can find it. We verify that the request comes from you, then delete your conversations, transcripts, memories, generated photos, comments, reactions, channel links and account. We confirm by email when it’s done.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, the same way.

4. How we protect your data

5. Who processes your data

We use Google Cloud (hosting, storage, logs and the Vertex AI models that write replies and build memories), Clerk (sign-in), Telegram and our messaging provider (message delivery) and, when paid plans launch, Segpay or CCBill (payments). Our Privacy Policy lists what each one receives. Under Google Cloud’s terms, Google doesn’t use your conversations to train its models, and we don’t use them to train AI models either.

6. International transfers

Your data is stored in the United States, and photos are generated in Singapore. Our sign-in provider and payment processors operate in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer personal information out of the EU, the UK or Australia, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or standard contractual clauses (and the UK addendum), and we take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients protect it.
