Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you send or ask for on Cherry: messages, roleplay, photo requests, custom requests, comments and display names, on the website, in Telegram and on any other channel. These rules apply to fictional characters, roleplay and generated images just as they would to real people and real photos.
1. Prohibited content
You must not request, create, describe, share or try to get Cherry to produce any of the following:
- Minors: any sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who looks, acts or is described as under 18. This includes “teen”, “schoolgirl”, childlike bodies, ages, behaviour or settings, and age-play. We report suspected child sexual exploitation to the authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline.
- Non-consent: rape, sexual assault, coercion, or sexual activity with anyone asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent, including roleplay of it.
- Real people: sexual, nude or intimate content of, or about, any real, identifiable person, including celebrities, public figures, people you know, and yourself. Don’t use a real person’s name, likeness or photo to request content.
- Incest: sexual content involving family members, including step-family roleplay framed as family.
- Bestiality: sexual content involving animals, or animal-like or non-human creatures.
- Violence and harm: sexual violence, blood or gore, mutilation, death or necrophilia, torture, or sexual content involving weapons.
- Drugs: sexual content involving drugs or intoxication, or promoting illegal drug use.
- Extreme or obscene content: including scat and other content that is obscene under the law where it is viewed.
- Exploitation: human trafficking, prostitution or escort services, sextortion, or soliciting anything of the kind.
- Hate and harassment: content that attacks people for a protected characteristic, threatens, harasses, bullies or defames anyone, or promotes terrorism or self-harm.
- Illegal activity: planning or encouraging crime, or discussing illegal acts as if real.
- Other people’s rights: content that infringes copyright, trademarks or anyone’s privacy, or that impersonates someone.
2. Using the service
You must not:
- use Cherry if you are under 18, or let anyone under 18 use your account or device to access it.
- get around our age checks, safety measures or usage limits, for example with a VPN, or try to make the service ignore them (“jailbreaking”).
- scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or overload Cherry, use bots or automation, or access another person’s conversations or account.
- share, sell or transfer your account or access, or resell anything generated on Cherry.
- republish generated photos, or present them as real photos of a real person.
- post spam, advertising or links in comments, or use a display name that breaks these rules.
3. How we enforce this policy
- We may review conversations, requests, comments and generated photos to enforce this policy, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may refuse a request, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the breach is. Content involving minors, real people without consent or other illegal content leads to closure and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities.
- If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal under our Complaints and Content Removal policy.
